Cancellation & Refund Policy
In short
The trial is free and needs no cancellation. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current billing period. Under Israeli distance-selling rules, consumers may cancel within 14 days of purchase, subject to the Consumer Protection Law, for a refund net of permitted cancellation fees; where our policy below is more generous, the more generous rule applies.
Subscriptions
Cancel a subscription from your account’s billing settings; it takes effect at the end of the billing period and no further charges are made. A renewal charged within the last 14 days is fully refundable if the new period has not been materially used. A full refund removes the paid capabilities from the account.
Event passes
An event pass is cancellable for a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the invitation has not gone live (not published, no RSVPs collected). Once the invitation goes live the pass is considered consumed; a refund is then due only if the service was not provided as promised.
SMS packs
An SMS pack is refundable within 14 days if no messages were used. Partially used packs are not pro-rata refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
How to request a refund
Write to support@myirua.com from your account email with the transaction details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original currency, within 14 business days of approval. Taxes and fees are refunded per law and the payment provider’s terms.
