Terms of Service
Who we are and acceptance
Myirua (at myirua.com) is a service for creating, sending and managing digital event invitations and RSVPs, operated by Adkeyz Technologies LTD ("we"). Using the service, including opening an account, constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
The service includes an invitation editor, a public invitation page for guests, guest-list management, RSVP collection, messaging (WhatsApp, SMS and email), check-in and reports. The capabilities available to you depend on the plan or pass you purchased, as described on the pricing page.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to register. Please provide accurate, current details; we may suspend accounts used abusively, unlawfully, or contrary to these terms.
Plans, passes and payment
The consumer product is a one-time event pass unlocking the plan’s capabilities for a single event for 90 days. Planners and venues can purchase monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in ILS (VAT included) or USD (VAT excluded) depending on your region; payment is processed by an external payment provider and we do not store card details.
Failed renewal payments may, after a grace period, reduce your capabilities to the baseline tier. Add-ons (such as SMS packs) are sold separately and consumed by use.
Trial
A new account receives a single 14-day trial with no credit card. When the trial ends your content remains available to view and edit, but taking an invitation live (publishing and collecting RSVPs) requires a purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms, and — for Israeli consumers — by the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its distance-selling regulations.
Your content and guest data
Content you upload (text, images, guest lists) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely to operate the service. You confirm you hold the rights and consents required for the content and guest details you enter, and that you will use the messaging tools only with people who agreed to receive event communications from you.

Prohibited use
You may not use the service to send spam, to distribute unlawful, abusive or infringing content, to circumvent security or quota limits, or to mislead recipients about the sender’s identity. We may remove content or suspend accounts in such cases.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability, but the service is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here derogates from rights that cannot be waived by law.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, without derogating from mandatory consumer rights.
